Composition

PAPERPREG® H1300 80 is material made by lacquering of paper with phenol-formaldehyde varnish.
This is a B-stage delivered material that must be further cured.

Application

PAPERPREG® H1300 80 is used to manufacture tubes under certain pressure and temperature conditions.

Availability

Rolls of 1090/1260 +10/-0 mm width.
Other roll widths or sheets are also available upon request.

Storage

To be stored for a maximum 1 month at max 25°C. in vertical position.
If this period is exceeded, the parameters of the material must be periodically inspected.

Curing Recommendation

The recommended temperature to finish the curing process is max. 160°C.

The processing conditions need to be adapted to suit the special application.
